Richard Fong is a Senior Executive Human Resources Executive and a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Director, a USA Notary Public and a Charter Member of the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals. In such role he advises multinational companies as regards the talent management, C & B policies, employees relationship and employer branding.
Richard joined Clover Group International in 2007 as Vice Pesident – Human Resources to manage the Asia hub operations expansion. Working with the local teams, he was responsible for designing and implementing Clover’s compensation & benefits policies, resourcing and management. Under his leadership, he laid the foundations for a high performance employee relations environment internally, while working to build real employer brand awareness in China – building the site to over 10,000+ employees. Since late 2007, Richard has been focusing on working with Clover leadership & employees across the Asia region to build and support a strong internal culture of innovation and high performance and received the Most Improved Department Award for the human resources team at end of year.
Richard’s career spans over 30+ years in Securities, Semiconductors, Electronics , Garment and Consulting. He has worked in the Regional Vice Pesident, Corporate Director and Regional Director roles in both, Hong Kong conglomerates as well as multinationals, Fortune 100’s and S & P 500’s companies. He has a unique experience in leading the human resources projects in the areas organization renewal/development, M & A integration, human captial strategic review, culture & change management and employee engagement/performance management.

In her almost six years’ HR Director position at B&Q, Jenny has rich and successful experience as responsible for the merger project of OBI and B&Q during the period from May 2005 to March 2006, which she found HR plays a significant role in the process of corporate merger and acquisition.

Besides solid knowledge in the industries like manufacturing, sales, trading, etc., she is conversant with all HR functions such as Employee Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, etc. Thanks to her more than ten-year work experience and MBA educational background, she has substantial understanding of human resources management strategies while witnessing the evolvement of HR field in China in the past one decade. When she worked at the senior HR managerial position like Regional HR Manager, China HR Manager, etc. in the Fortune 500 companies such as Mattel, Unilever, etc., she successfully set up the effective HR Management system for the companies she worked for.

Prior to joining the United Family in the late summer of 2003, Susie was Director of Human Resources for the Siemens & CITIC finance leasing joint venture, Xin De Telecom. Susie is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

Paul Ng has over 19 years of experience in management and human resources in Asia Pacific. As Senior Director and General Manager of Kelly Services in Greater China, he is based in Shanghai and has responsibility for the overall management of 9 offices and operations of Kelly Services in China and Hong Kong.
He is an active and prominent member of the recruitment services profession in Asia Pacific having started P-Serv, a human resource consulting and payroll services company in 1990. He led many initiatives for significant business growth and has extensive experience working with clients in chemicals manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, FMCG and electronic engineering industries.
He was instrumental in the sourcing of new markets and the expansion of P-Serv into Greater China. Kelly Services Inc, a leading global provider of staffing services, acquired P-Serv in 2007. Today, Kelly Services is present in 37 countries and territories worldwide. P-Serv remains a well-known name in Asia Pacific and continues to carry significant goodwill.
He has been a featured speaker throughout the Asia Pacific region on human resource management issues and has a passion in the areas of executive search, talent management and development and recruitment process outsourcing.
